Hello I’m Jessica. 

I’m a movement, deep relaxation, living well advocate. I’m a minimalist in progress.

I focus on recovery from burnout, by helping you fulfill your potential in the body and mind by making stress your friend.

There are so many amazing tools from the world of yoga that I am passionate about sharing because we all deserve to lead our best lives!

Jessica Lee has been teaching, assisting, and contributing to the yoga community internationally since 2018. Jessica is an experienced registered 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher and YACEP instructor for Yin Yoga.  She has studied Ayurveda and Holistic Health Coaching which she intertwines with her yoga and offerings.   

Since graduating from the Peaceful Warriors 200hr Teacher Training in January 2018, she has studied a further 600hr of Continued Yoga Education and taught Yin, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Power, Prenatal, Postnatal, and Kids yoga. Jessica is currently studying her 300hr Teacher Training with Radiantly Alive, Bali. 

Through her classes, Jessica aims to help students unlock more mindfulness and awareness in their daily lives. Her compassionate teaching style encourages yogis of all levels to feel comfortable in their own practice and supports them in developing a nourishing, rewarding practice. 

Jessica helps students progress towards their goals through a combined focus on embodiment and physical suitability and is continually finding effective ways to balance our energies within. 

Drawn to the beauty and simplicity of yoga’s movement, Jessica loves to share her creativity by capturing the magic of the practice through yoga photography.

Jessica is predominately based in London, UK offering corporate sessions, studio classes, workshops, online courses and yoga classes.
