Planting the seeds for the future

online yin yoga teacher training

It’s that time of year when my focus is laying the foundation for the rest of the year ahead and beyond. I'm trying my best to embrace that with parenthood things run on a different timeline that’s a bit slower, more chaotic and I don’t have control over at points. It’s still a learning curve for this. I think I am getting there slowly plus being kinder to myself and those around me.

In yin yoga Spring is associated with the Wood element which is about planting the seeds, birthing and planning for the year to flourish in the future. Setting the foundation is part of the process.

With this in mind, I wanted to share with you what I have coming up and I’d love to see you at some of the upcoming offerings.

My regular yin class is running at Wild Roots, Hackney Road, east London. It’s Tuesday 7:45-9pm every week. Come and join me to ground down and give yourself some much needed rest and reset.

I am working away on a Yin Yoga Immersion for those who want to learn more about the elements without doing a yoga training. It’s got some amazing tools to work into the seasons and help bring balance into your mind and body. I’m really excited to be sharing it with you.

Then I am working away to finalise the timings of my 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training that will be in person. It is Yoga Alliance Certified.  I am aiming to host it at the end of October, perhaps beginning of November. If anyone is interested and has a preference then please let me know! It will be in east London. If you aren’t able to attend it then I have my online 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training that’s self paced and available here.
